Hi, I'm Blondie B. I bake from home in Airdrie, Scotland, and I'm best known for my deep dish cookie pies, big loaded cookies, old school cake and gooey cinnamon buns. What started with market stalls and my wee cake shed has grown into something I never expected. Everything is baked fresh to order in small batches, so you get it at its best — never mass produced, never sitting on a shelf. You'll still find me at local markets, and you can now order online for collection from the cake shed or have your bakes posted out.
