Orders
A contract is formed once your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.
Freshly baked goods
Products are baked to order. Because they are perishable and made to order, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply — see our refunds and cancellations page.
