Refunds & cancellations
When an order can be changed, cancelled or refunded.

Cancelling an order
Because everything is baked to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once baking has started we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Something wrong with your order
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Uncollected orders
Collection orders not collected within the agreed window may not be refundable, as the food is freshly made.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
