From market stall to cake shed

How Blondie B's went from a table at the local market to a cake shed in Airdrie — and now postal orders across the UK.

It started with one table, a few trays of cookies and a lot of nerves. Markets are still my favourite part of the week. There's nothing like watching someone pick up a deep dish cookie pie for the first time and come back the next week for two. The cake shed came next, so folk could collect whenever suited them. And now, with the website, I can post bakes out across the UK. Thank you to everyone who has supported a wee home bakery in Airdrie. This is only the start.
